I am planning on not following a speific diet plan, but, like you, track my calories. I am writing down everyday what I am eating and this is helping me to see why I am not so healthy!!
I am also starting to exercise more regularly.
I think i will one day post pictures but haven't got the confidence to do this just yet...maybe when i start shifting the pounds!
