Hi everyone. I am new on here (first day) and thought I would try something different to help stay motivated, get ideas and stuff for my weight loss journey. I lost about 70 pounds and gained 30 when I relocated to a new job and falling off the wagon is putting it mildly! I hope to make some friends on here to help each other out!
Thanks for all the welcomes! I was looking so forward to getting on here today, although I have to be up to 5 hours to work out I really think this is going to help me - especially through those stressful days that I seem to be having a lot of at work!!
