Smile Thought I was ready

I fell back in Oct and fracture my l2 I thught I was ready to work out but it did work out .So I will be starting ww's tomorrow morning and back to the gym on mon.just walking at 3.1 to start I hope get back on track all the weight I lost is back in 6 month's ut on the up side i feel better

Well, with weight watcher's in one hand and hitting the gym in the other, sounds to me like you are bringing it on full bore against the rotten pounds of fat, BailyBoo.

What did you break? A leg? a toe? Hope you are all healed up. And you said you are feeling better, so that is definitely great!

Keep us posted how you are doing with this old-but-new-again program (which sounds like a good mix of diet and exercise) because we like nothing better than to cheer on one of our own.
