Default One great reason to work out

Right now I'm weighing in at about 225-226with working out . The lowest weight I got down to the last time I tried to lose weight, without exercising, was 216. I was feeling a bit down about not losing the weight fast enough, but I realized the other day that my size 18 jeans were feeling baggy on me. I went shopping last night, and I fit into a pair of size 16s.When I was 216? Size 18's were just starting to get a little baggy on me, but 16s were still too tight. I'm still 10lbs heavier, but fit into a smaller size. Man, I love this working out thing

Yeah, when you workout, you may not lose the pounds as fast as we'd like, but we sure do loose inches!

I know exactly what you mean! I haven't lost any "pounds" in almost three weeks, but my pants keep falling off! It's initially frustrating not to see the number you want, but it's important to realize that numbers aren't everything.

Oh, you guys are getting me all hot and bothered!

I just did my first workout at the rec center and now I want to run with the big dogs. I know that cardio is good for my head (it really helps me emotionally and I tend to make better choices throughout the day if I have walked in the morning), but I actually enjoyed doing the weights.

Maybe it is just the novelty, but seeing what I could do was fun!
