Default I don't need to shave my head!
In response to suggestions that all I needed to achieve the one more ounce loss needed to get to Onederland was a haircut, I swore that if I hadn't got there today I'd shave my head.

Put your razors away! Today I very nearly missed the first step of Onederland, weighing in at 199.2!!

As I'm British, I'll go for understatment: "That result is quite pleasing."
