ONE POUND FROM GOAL! WOOT! (only one Woot because I am not there yet!)
I am 1 pound from my goal today. This isn't the first time. My first goal was to leave the obese category, then the overweight category, then to 150, 140, and finally I lowered it to 135. Each time I have gotten anywhere close to goal, I have set another goal and not allowed myself to attain it truly. I am not lowering it today. I am going to allow myself to HIT GOAL.
I want to thank everyone here for your help these last six months. I was already 4 months into my journey when I found 3FC but have learned the most about weightloss through all of you ladies--and some ladies that aren't here any longer. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me. Thank you for supporting me and giving me props when I really needed it. Thank you for being a positive light day after day. I wish I could sit down and have a chat with this entire board. Please know you have made a difference for someone--ME!
I am going to allow myself to hit goal but yes, I will lower it again after I hit goal, claim it and revel in it for a few days.

Hey there. I run 5-6 times a week--4 miles. I also doodle around with a Bollywood dance DVD and 30DS. My passion is the run but 30DS has been great for toning up. My calorie intake is 1500 and probably 90-95% is whole foods. I do not subtract out exercise or whatever--I stay under 1500. I do calorie cycle. Some days I am way down and other days I am way up. As long as my average is around 1500 in any 7 day increment, I don't worry too much about it.
Congratulations! Not only on being so close to goal but on having the strength of mind to recognize when you're really, really there, on allowing yourself to be successful!
