Default LAWL SlimDown Meal Replacement Shake?

Can anyone tell me what the Meal Replacement Shake counts as?
Is it equivalent to 1 Protein and 1 Starch?

Also does anyone have any good recommendations?
I went to the VitaminShop and noticed that EAS Myoplex CarbControl had a high Protein count but was only about 160 calories. Then they had the Myoplex Original that also had a high Protein count but was about 300 calories. Pure Protein shake was about 160 calories as well. Can anyone recommend a meal replacement shake that is around 250 - 270 calories.

I want to go to the store later so any response would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I had a note that said "Slimdowns = slimfast low carb shakes OR high protein shakes (closest in carbs/proteins)." As I recall, LAWL was more about the soy protein than the calorie count. I personally have bought the Slim Fast Optima, Atkins, and EAS lights...they have higher protein; less carbs and (I think) all have soy protein.

Smile Thanks

Thanks "Joni135" I appreciate your response. I will look into the various protein products you mentioned. When I went into the VitaminShoppe I noticed that there were Protein mixes/powders available which I would have to look into as well.
