Hello there~ New and determined!
Hi there! I'm new here. Well, I actually made this account a while ago, but I completely forgot about it and never ended up posting. ^^;; So, long story short, I was looking around for a place like this, and thought, "Oh yeah, I made that account already." So, here I am. xD
So, about me. I'm a freshman in college, and I'm looking to work on my health and fitness levels for the end of this summer. (Being my mini-goal. My long term one is to maintain that level.)
When I was in high school, I weighed a lot more than I do now. My peak was 245 lbs when I was sixteen. Since then, I've worked down to 172, but I've been at a stand still since then. My ultimate goal is 137, which I believe - and correct me if I'm wrong - is an average weight for a 5'7" female, yes?
