So, I logged on to 3 Fat Chicks about 6 days ago and was amazed. Here, I have been feeling sorry for myself, when all I had to do was get off my rear and do it. I was so motivated and impressed by all the amazing people and accomplishments on here that I knew it was my time. I thought about it until I went to bed...and before I closed my eyes, I knew tomorrow was the day. So, since Wednesday...I am officially on my way. I am starting at 260.6 lbs. I weighed today at 257.2! I'm sure it's mostly water weight, but excited none the less. And I'm doing it right. I started Alli today, as I heard mostly positive things and if nothing else, to keep in line, as eating fatty foods has not-so-good results. The best part...I haven't wanted crap! I've faithfully ran/speed walked everyday consistently. So, anyway...here we go! I just wanted to thank everyone and congratulate everyone out there who have/are doing such an amazing job. I feel motivated by all of you. My mini-goal is 13 lbs., and my big goal is 90 to start...to end at 170lbs. ( I am 5'7") So thank you again!
On my 4th Day!! Minus 3.5 lbs! Gotta start somewhere!!
