Default OK, so I'm not maintaining, but I have this...

CAMEL TOE under my NECK! Yup, I've lost a fair amount of weight, especially in my face and neck area, and the skin under my neck is sagging. And two "cords" have popped out and are drooping, and when I look at myself in certain light, I have a CAMEL. TOE. UNDER. MY. NECK... and I'm only 43!!! I think I actually looked better when I was heavier! At least the flabble filled out my skin!
Any, and I mean ANY ideas as to what to do? Other than wear turtlenecks for the rest of my life! I fear that surgery will be my only option after all the lbs are lost...

I hope there are some good responses to this thread, at the age of 39 I have started catching glimpses of an alarming "Murphy Brown" phenomemon starting under my neck. Candace Bergin wore a LOT of cute silk scarves the last couple of years of her show, I'm afraid I'm headed that way.

A girlfriend of mine is going to have laser liposuction this week on her under-chin area. Supposedly it will both remove the fat and, over a period of 8 weeks, tighten the skin. Guess that's due to the use of the laser. Could bear looking into, but I guess I'll see what happens with my girlfriend.

Here's a facial exercise I saw the other day in a beauty forum... tip your head back, and blow a kiss toward the ceiling. I can't verify, but the poster said guaranteed fabulous results. And when I do it, I can really feel everything working in there, like resistance training for your neck! It's worth a try, right? Nothing to lose but the camel toe!

Heehee, that's funny!

Forgot to say you're supposed to do several sets of 10 reps throughout the day... maybe you'll catch him at it again!

Ok! You just scared me ! We have the exact weight stats : s:244, c:184 and 5'7". I mean, are you sure about that extra skin? maybe is really not so bad as you think. Maybe is more of an impression.
Anyway, put it in the back of your mind ... don't worry too much about it.
I've heard that the lees body fat we have, the less extra folds we get...

I had the same problem at age 40. I had a neck life and lipo and I've never regretted it. I did not want my grandmother's turkey neck!

Ms Peep Smith --Are you happy with your neck lift and lipo? Was it $$$? think I'll have to go this route, as with more weight loss, I'm seeing more loose skin. It is definitely loose skin, as I can pinch it and turn it and it stays pinched a bit then relaxes back into place. Like pizza dough. Blech. I've gotta start saving UP...

Hi Kiramira,
I'm 41 and also have the same problem... so far I've only lost 1/3 of my targeted amount of weight...it seems to me that only cure is to go under the knife ,and I simply don't like that idea ...
