Hi all! I started to do hot yoga (Bikram) about a month ago. I've found it to be challenging and really, really good! Does anyone else practice this form of yoga? I'd love to hear your experiences, good or bad!

I have heard fantastic things about this as well. I have never studied yoga and don't go to a gym but I have to say, this sounds really tempting.
I found that the first class was super-challenging, as I started at 190lbs and zero flexibility. I am now, a month later with strict strict dieting, 184 lbs and at 0.00001 flexibility! But I am getting better, and I love the structure and the discipline. I am giving it a year to see how I progress, and have chosen this right now as my main form of exercise. For the time being. After all, it IS 90 minutes long and I go 4 - 5 times a week.
I recommend it to anyone!

I really am interested about this! I have bought a book on it and gave it a read - sounds very convincing and something I think I would really enjoy. I think I want to lose a few more lbs first before I join - since I'm "iffy" on the tank top/shorts requirements.
