Default i need a body bra

Sorry if this is TMI...

I need a good sports bra to hold things down. Also, when I try jumping jacks or running my belly fat bounces too and it can get uncomfortable and I worry this might encourage loose skin. Is there anything to hold it down or should I just ignore it? Eventually I should lose enough it's not so much a problem I hope?

I read the title of this post and burst out laughing. Yeah, I totally understand and I need one too. Hmm, maybe a girdle or corset of some kind? I don't even know if they sell those still.

Any suggestions?

MN.

I'd recommend a sports bra of your choice, but then stretchy yoga pants and a stretchy top. If they fit really snug it holds everything in place. I can't run without some spandex pants cause my bum and thighs end up hurting so much as they're bouncing! lol

Edit: If you're not comfortable in skin tight clothes you could always layer a light, loose top or shorts on top of them.

I still have this problem sometimes, when doing something particularly bouncy (loose skin and all). BUT I have a really good solution. Get a stretchy basic camisole/tank top that fits you snugly. Tuck that into your workout pants, then throw a shirt over it. I use one with a built-in sports bra, but I'm smaller chested so that's enough for me...my partner uses them over a sports bra.

The cami is just enough to keep things confined for me. You can usually find them in the lingerie department - Target and most department stores carry something that'll work.

me too!! LOL.

I wear a "shock absorber" bra and just let the rest of my fat jiggle - I feel like it's getting its workout too!

I do what Mandalinn does, and wear a spanx-type cami under a looser t-shirt. I also have an Adidas tank-top with a shelf bra that is intended to be worn alone (not me!) that I wear under shirts.
