Exclamation plateau

I landed on a plateał, and Ive been stłck here for a while..

Apparently my scale doesnt want to go below 131kg.. Ive been bołncing arrołnd within 131 for 4 weeks now! 131.6, 131.9, 131.4, 131.5... AGH!!!

Two of my really good friends are getting married in a week or two (date not set yet) and I dont qłite fit into the dress they want me to wear. Its a faviana size 20 dress that I wore to prom in 2006. As it is now, I can get into it, błt my stomach błldges ołt qłite a bit, and theres no way I can get a long sleeve shirt łnder it (since I wear hijab now, a strapless, not to meantion sleeveless dress is a no no). Its rather frustrating that Ive been stłck here for so long. I was hoping that Id be at my first mini goal by now (125kg).

How do I błst ołt of this plateał withołt going on a crash diet??

I know how frustrating it can be when the scale won't move.

A few questions:

1. Have you been exercising? If so, what is your activity level?
I find that when my weight loss stalls, it does so because of my lack of exercise. In fact I'm stalled now because I have not been that active!

2. What foods have you been eating? What is your diet plan?
I find that when I also stall, I am either not eating enough food or I'm eating bad foods for me again. Like breads and things. Or things that make me retain water.

Well, I exercise 3 X's a week... 20 mins of jogging... and I stay in a 1400-1500 calorie range.

you need more calories. closer to 1900. keep your fat grams under 55, and dont jog. brisk walking has the same benefits and is much less damaging to your joints.
