Default I'm baaaack
Ok it is officially Spring Break and I didn't explode during finals so I think that was an accomplishment.

Man have I missed you guys. My last few weeks of school were craaaaazy and I put everything on hold to focus on that - making my goal to maintain. I held at 285 really well until the last couple days now I'm up 4ish pounds but also TOM showed up so hard to say what's actually going on. Overall nothing to worry about, just time to get back on track.

I am ready to get back to losing and seeing the scale move downwards again! Woohoo!

How is everyone??

Hey, it is good to see you back. I have missed you! It is surprising how you start feeling like you know people on this board. Sounds like you have been maintaining very well. That can be difficult while in school. I got my master's in the late 1990's and put on many many pounds that I am working to get off now.

Way to go and welcome back!
