Hi there. Thank you for your post. got my frist epidural for back pain 3 weeks ago, and everyone said that I wouldn't gain weight, but I have gained 5 pounds and have been doing my Weight Watchers, and walking everyday. The good news is that I am no longer in pain, but has anybody else had an epidural and had this problem..and how long does it take to lose itl I am 55. Thanks everyone.
Welcome to 3FC! I'm so glad the epidural injections have given you some relief.
I'm 54 and have had five myself (they're the only thing between me and back surgery) and I haven't experienced any weight gain with any of them. Hopefully your five pounds is temporary and will come back off soon!
