Hi! I'm new! I'm so happy I found this site.

I am three weeks into a diet and definitely need motivation. Three years ago, I was 120lbs, but gained 50 due to stress (which makes me eat all of the wrong things). I'm also an "emotional eater". If I'm having a bad day, feeling depressed, etc., the wrong types of foods make me feel better. I'm looking to drop back to my original weight. My body, at this point, feels so foreign to me. Hopefully I can find some great tips on this forum.
