Default Any one heard of Metabolic Balance diet?

Greetings to everyone!
I am new to the site and wondered if anyone has heard of or has experience with a diet out of Europe called metabolic balance? A friend's wife of mine told me about it and she says it gets good results with a holistic approach. I am looking for any reviews or insite. I need to lower my cholesterol, loss a few pounds and want a natural diet for doing so. Thanks for your input,

Paul

Just Google it and lo there it is. Sounds like a pay for coaching program. What is a natural diet?

Thanks for the reply. Yes - I found them on the web as well. I was trying to see if anyone had first hand knowledge and experience with this metabolic diet program. What I have found so far is encouraging. You are correct, they do have a personal coach that assist you through a customized nutrition program.
BTW, by natural diet I meant - no powdered shake, pills or shots, etc. Simple wholesome foods in the correct portions is a natural diet to me. This is what attracted me to metabolic balance. Regards, Paul
