Hello everyone!

This is my second time introducing myself to this community. The first serious attempt to lose weight was about a year ago, and failed miserably. So I'm back for round two!

I'm 23 and have been overweight for most of my life, I'm ready to finally lose it once and for all. Ive been battling depression and severe hypothyroidism for most of my life as well, and unfortunately for me I have learned to turn to food to make myself feel better, and it really doesn't help that I own a bakery!

This is a great community and am looking forward to sharing with everyone!

I just bought the bakery from my Mom about a year ago, its a family business and has been in business for about 18 years now... I just signed a lease yesterday to expand and open our second location!

Anyway hiiiiii! I'm 21 and have been overweight my whole life too. So I can relate. It doesn't help that asians are generally on the petite side-- I feel like an elephant around here.
