Default Lost 2 pounds and feeling tired.

Geez it's been a long 2 weeks. I lost 6 pounds total in 2 weeks, but it took a lot out of me. Been exercising almost everyday. Friday I pulled a muscle and relaxed for one day. Gotta keep pushing, but I'm so tired. Talk to you later people.

Is the everyday exercise a fairly new thing to you? I recall the worn out, tired, can't function feeling a few weeks into my workout routine. I pushed through it and did my best not to let it get me down. It didn't. I continue to hit the gym everyday and rarely have a day when I don't feel like exercising.

Keep up the great work....but also take care of the muscle. Rest that body part a bit.

I agree, it's important to get a "rest" day. I know it's early and you want to stay motivated, so it doesn't mean you can't be actively resting. Do something active and fun. Go on a nature hike in a state park with a friend. If you have kids, go to the park and play with them. Go bowling, or golfing or something like that.

I think that Hveeck is on the right track. From the start, I felt more energy, not less. Be sure that you are getting enough calories and enough sleep.
