Ready to get and STAY serious!!
Hello all, just found this place and it looks awesome!! a little introduction- i was always thin as a child and young adult.. around 105 pounds. until i got pregnant! my weight went up to 175. i lost down to around 130, which at the time i didnt like, but it is now my goal! i had my second son 3 1/2 years ago, and a daughter a little over 2 years ago. i got my weight down to around 180, which it stays. i dont know how many times over the past 2 years i have decided i was going to change and mean it dangit! i always get down to about 160 (where i am now) and flatline. i lose my motivation one way or another. and then creep back up to 180. i feel like i have lost this same dang 20 pounds a hundred times now! at this point, i am about to just give up and resign myself to this body... im hoping that joining this forum will change that.. until today, i have been doing this by myself. im hoping that maybe some positive reinforcement will help me defeat this.
