Do you take magnesium? That has seemed to help me! I know it's one more pill but I take 1 with each meal, and I'm not everyday but better than before! Also dieter's tea or smooth move tea helps.

Good luck!

I find that taking fiber leaves me feeling so bloated!! I do use benefiber once a day but I love Smooth Move tea. Magnesium is also real good as suggested above. The other is using cascara sagrada an herb used as a laxative.

I too have been having problems. I really didn't know what to try. I guess I'll try the magnesium also.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I found some tea that I forgot I had. It is KleriTea Herbal Tea for Regularityand Detoxification
100% Natural and Vegetarian

A combination of 12 specially selected herbs, assists the body in the detoxification process while helping to restore normal bowel function and regularity. Contains no caffeine. 30 teabags.

It tastes great. It worked for me. It is a little pricey, I think. $24.00 for a month supply but it works within 8 hrs or so. http://www.drnatura.com/kleritea.php

I have had problems and taking magnesium helped me also, but I still need to use a senna tea, like dieter's tea or smooth move 1x/week.

Just a note...I used to take a powdered magnesium called, "Calm" and everytime I did, I would gain weight. My counselor said that there is sodium in the magnesium, so I was gaining water weight. Even though I did drop the weight a couple of days later, it was too depressing to watch the number on the scale go up, so I just quite taking it.

I also quit taking my multi-vitamin because the iron was making the "problem" worse. I am just hoping that I am getting enough vitamins in the food and other supplements I am taking to off-set this.

The tea sounds like a great idea! Has anyone had any weight gain from this?

I started drinking 1/2 cup coffee with a little liquid creamer and haven't had any problems since.

I am on the meta balance menu day 6 and I have been taking the all day weight loss, 9 flax, and just started the minerals yesterday. I follow it to the letter and my body is in major detox or something. I can't stay out of the bathroom. Any one else have this problem in the beginning?

Exclamation dont take anything not on their program!

My counselor said that I could supplement with Psyllium Husks. It helped to keep me regular, Unfortunately it halted my weight loss, For 12 whole days I lost nothing! What a disappointment. So then my counselor told me to take out the psyllium cause it was kicking me out of Ketois. Then why would she tell me I could take it in the first place?!!!! Im so pissed! She must be newly employed their when I ask her a question she has to go ask someone else. I cant afford to buy all the hns plus the fiber supplements they sell. I have already paid $1,000.00 for this diet and I am only on day 22
