159 as of Saturday!!!!!!!! Figured in the Spirit of St. Pattys Day I would post my leprachan shot from right after I weighed myself!! 4 more pounds till goal!!!!! I can taste it!!!!!!

Aww thank you!! My plan for my diet is counting calories. I try and average 1300 a week by cycling. And I also workout at least 4 times a week. My workouts bounce back and forth from weight training and strictly cardio.
