Okay, so I was feeling my flab today... and it feels extra squishy. Like, much much softer than before. My boobs feel squishier too, which my husband actually noticed, lol. This is a good thing right? It means I am burning away some of the fat, right? Just making sure that this is normal, and I am not a freak of nature, haha.

Being squishy is a good sign! All those fat cells are less full and your fat support system now has the opportunity to shrink too. But you've got to do your weight training.

I'm constantly doing "squishy checks". It seems the last hold out on my body are my calves, which are now just starting to feel squishy. I'm going to have to get new, skinnier boots next fall! Woohoo!
