where exactly does yogurt, milk, & other dairy fall on the carbohydrate ladder.
I looked in DANDR at the list on page pg 171 (paperback version). Dairy isn't on the list... just fresh cheeses. I feel like that must be a mistake.
I want to incorporate back yogurt and soymilk, but Im not sure when it would be best to do so or where it falls on the ladder.
