Default where exactly does yogurt, milk, & other dairy fall on the carbohydrate ladder.

I looked in DANDR at the list on page pg 171 (paperback version). Dairy isn't on the list... just fresh cheeses. I feel like that must be a mistake.

I want to incorporate back yogurt and soymilk, but Im not sure when it would be best to do so or where it falls on the ladder.

This would fall under the dairy catagory on the carb ladder. Portions should be kept small.

But in my copy of the book, I see no dairy category. Sorry. I'm just a bit unsure.
