Hi All,
I am once again on my weight loss journey. I need to lose around 40lbs but want to gain muscle. Like they say, muscle makes you look slimmer. I am all for that one. So my story goes like this, I am a procrastinator. What I can do today will almost always wait until tomorrow. That is the way I work. So today is a new day to start being a non-procrastinator

I have in the past been into the Turbo Jam DVD's and honestly I do love them. I also have an elliptical that I very rarely use. My husband is on it every day and he loves it. So my plan is to combine the Turbo Jam with the elliptical. Hopefully, with the extra cardio, I can burn baby burn.
