Smile Turbo Jam Maximum--Just got them!!

YEAH! I just got my dvd's and the gloves, etc. last night. Was delivered two days earlier than I was told. So, I will start with the 20 minute learn and burn and just follow the suggested calendar of what dvd's to do. Did you get the bonus ab workout too? I was told by making the purchase and paying for the system in one payment, I got a bonus 7.5 min. ab workout. Looks like maybe everyone gets this since it is NOT a separate dvd but with other workouts. HMM?

IF YOU HAVE ANY TIPS/ADVICE/ETC., please send them my way. I would love to hear what works for you, what you don't like, etc.

Thanks a bunch!! I just hope this purchase wasn't in vain and I do see results!

Hey Tammy. I got my Turbo Jam DVD's about a year ago and they included the gloves back then. I got 5 discs and gloves with the calendar too. I believe that the workouts are for 5 days and weekends off. I followed it about a year ago for a month or so and found to love it. It is not repetitious by any means and Chalene is so awesome. I love her workouts. I plan to get back into Turbo Jam tomorrow. (I'm a procrastinator) But I do feel good when I do it on a regular basis. Let me know how it's going for you.

Have an awesome day

Hey Canada!!!

Well, tried if for the first time yesterday after work. Did the Learn and Burn and the 20 min. My lower back is sore today, is this normal? I know, it may take a while for my body to adjust to new exercises.

What kind of results did you have? Did you do this for 6 days a week? Any advice, tips, suggestions would be awesome since you have had these for a while and gave it a try. Yes, really do like Chalene, she is not stuck on herself and makes the workout a lot of FUN!

Thanks DeidraB!!!

Hey Tammy,

I hope you are working out the kinks in your back. Take it easy until you can kick it up. I have the 20 minutes Ab workout which is awesome. I love it. It is 10 minutes standing and 10 minutes on the floor. I know though but this time next week, I will be graduating to the Cardio Workout and the Ab workout as today I found that just doing 40 minutes of workout didn't cut it today. I feel like I am almost ready to move onto bigger and better. But "yes" I will stick with Chalene. She is awesome and I love her workouts. She makes them fun no matter how many times I do the DVD. Have a great weekend and don't forget to do some sort of exercise.
