Hello all, I'm new to 3 fat chicks on a diet, and I'm looking for diet buddies.
I recently joined a local gym here in Tokyo, and my weight loss approach is to take it slow and healthy, with a main focus on exercise (especially with weight training to build muscle mass).
I'd like to make friends from everywhere around the world, but if there are people from Tokyo/Japan, we can share tips on food and saying no to nomikai's (drinking parties) as well.
