Talking New to 3FC from Florida
I am new to 2FC and so far am loving it! It seems like there is a lot of support here. I have signed up for Metabolic Research Center and will "officially" start my program on Friday. If anyone is in the Jacksonville, FL area and is on MRC let me know.
