Default do high carb meals sometimes make you nauseated

I've been noticing that since I've been on Induction anytime I cheat BIG- like eating an extremely high carb meal, or eating multiple medium-high carb meals over the day, I tend to feel nauseated.

This doesn't happen when I cheat small- like eating a white bread sandwich or something like that- only if I like have a few slices of pizza or I eat carb heavy stuff for lunch AND dinner.

Has anyone else noticed that? Is this something that I should be concerned about?

I thought it was just me. I'm glad to know it's normal. I don't think it's anything to be worried about, it's just our bodies way of saying that it really doesn't like what we're putting in ourselves at that point in time.

Yes I have too and I think that my body is telling me that I shouldn't be doing that!
