Hello from UTAH!!!! I'm new to this board!! I browsed through it and noticed it's VERY informative and everyone seems to be very helpful - so I thought I'd join.
I'm 5'9, used to weigh 160, but after having two kids, some weight has crept up on me. I just weighed myself last week and I was 222!!!!! The most I have EVER weighed, even more than when I was pregnant - so it's time to do something.
I started the HCG diet (I know, I've read what you all think about it, but I'm going to try it, I think it will work for me) on Friday, February 20th. Today is my 6th day and I now weigh 217, so... so far, so good.

I am doing the 40-day diet, so hopefully I don't fall off the wagon before finishing. I've been doing really good so far and haven't cheated once - and don't plan to, as you really can't on this diet. I have been really hungry though, but this shall pass in the first week, so I hear.
I would like to get down to 130 - but I don't know if that's do-able for me, so 140 will be my goal for now. I haven't weighed near that since high school, and I'm now 33. So hopefully you all can help me get there!!!!
I'm here to meet some great people, lose a ton of weight, and share my weight loss story. I'm hoping this is the diet that works, the one!! I have been reading some of your stories, which are VERY inspiring, and it just amazes me as to what people can do when they put their mind to it!
