Yay on putting the shred on Netflix, I didnt know you could do that. What is the C25K??? I am going to stick with the shred and I might add some gym exercises in there, but I will see about that within the first week or two of doing shred.

Henderson is a very nice place, well most of it

It would be amazing to lose weight before summer for a many reasons but the two important ones would be... to stay cooler and to get rid of all this extra blah that I have

Also I want to look good in my swim wear
I have started the shred before, but never completed it. It was hard for me at first, but I want to tough it out through the full 30 days. I am tried of starting something and not finishing it when it comes to exercise and weight loss. It's time to push through
