Hello everyone. I'm overweight and undisciplined and I need help mid to late afternoons. Is there a particular place I should be?? I've never blogged before, never posted on something like this. I need some encouragement, need someone to help me hold myself accountable because obviously I am not able to do it on my own. Point me in the "write" direction.
Good for you to know where your troubled times lie. For me it was late night eating. You are on the right track to figure out where you are making your mistakes. Can you do something during this time (maybe restructure your day) so this time is less tempting. Otherwise, you could plan for it. There are lots of super low calorie options--raw fruits and veggies, egg whites, etc. If they are ready to go, I am more apt to reach for them when I am feeling that need to eat when I shouldn't be.
