Hi All!
I have a long history of not liking my weight, but not hating it enough to really put fourth effort for a long term goal. This week has really made me kick it into gear. It was either Tuesday or Wednesday that I stepped on the scale and it read 203.7...!!!!!!!! How on earth did I let myself get this bad?! That can't be right. My driver's license says 135 (which I was at for maybe ten minutes of my adult life, but 142 is more my ideal) This must have been some form of mistake, until this weekend.
My boyfriend and I went up to the mountains to go snowboarding at my family's cabin. I had bought a new pair of ski pants last winter because my usual pair were starting to get a bit too snug. I tried them on the night before we were to hit the slopes, and I could NOT get them to buckle! What has happened to me?!

I need to take control and do it fast!
Please, if anyone has good advice on how to successfully shed the pounds and feel good again, I would love any advice.
