Default Gonna need you guys this week . . .

DH is gone for the week. He has been my support and partner so far on this weight loss journey. I am afraid that with him gone and be home with the kids all day I might have a problem staying on task...so if I may a pain of myself on this board in the next few days please bare with me.

Thanks!

Kris

You can do it! I find it easier when my DH is gone as imy kids eat anything and it means not cooking as much. You could think of this week to show your hubby how good you'll look when he gets back....it gives you time to focus on YOU!

Be strong!!!

hey, threesons. I'm in the same boat this week. DH is away until Thursday. I kinda look at it as a break from cooking because my kids are happy with easy stuff, and I made a white chili yesterday, and some Kung Pao chicken today, and I'll eat leftovers of those for the next few days. go ahead and make a pain of yourself, we don't mind! It's nice that he's so on-board with your plan.

Hang in there! You can do it. You're going to e just fine. And just think of how proud you'll be when you can tell your hubby you stayed on track even while he's gone.
