Default I'm new at this! Who uses a GOWEARFIT?

BodyBugg vs GoWearFit??? Now that the GWF has the daily food log like the BB. I have struggled for YEARS to try to lose,(and KEEP OFF for more than a month!), these frustrating 30 lbs! Any suggestions as to which one to buy? I really think that knowing that I will be held accountable for getting up off the couch and for the foods that I eat on a daily basis will help to motivate me.

Default Body Bugg

Hi there. I wear a bodybugg and I've been using it for about 6 weeks now. It's an amazing motivational tool and even more importantly it's a great instructional tool. It really teaches you what your body uses when you exercise and what EXACTLY you are eating and the effect of both on your goals. I absolutely adore mine. Cost wise, it's a big investment but it's so worth it! If you have specific questions about the bodybugg let me know.

Sorry, I've never heard of a gowearfit so I don't have any basis for comparison.

Good luck!

Hello all, I signed up a few months ago, but I didn't really browse around very much. There is SO MUCH information on here! It's a little overwhelming, but I have found a few threads that I would like to keep up with. How do you "subscribe" to a thread?

I also recently started using a gowear fit armband (like the BB) and it's a really great device.

Hi cdub614,

Welcome to 3fatchicks. I just joined myself and set up my own blog to track my progress. To subscribe to a thread go to the top of the thread and click on the box labeled Thread Tools. There is an option to subscribe to thread. Click on it and it should subscribe you to the thread. Good luck and congrats on your weight loss so far.
