To my ladies who are still around.... hi again!!! I missed you all!

Hello to everyone else!

So, I'm a university student with 6 courses this semester... I'm in a long-distance relationship that spans the North Atlantic ocean (Canada to Ireland)... and I just fashioned a bowl of icing with some margarine and icing sugar and ate it all.

This has GOT to stop.
I'm the maid of honour in my mother's wedding in April, and I'm a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding in June, and I obviously have this fear that my junking out lately is gonna prevent me from fitting into my dresses!

My stress levels have been factoring in majorly in my turning to junk food lately, and making horrible, "I don't have time to go to the gym--" excuses.

But no more!

I'm in my hometown this week, but I'm headed back to my home away from home (in my uni town) this weekend, and I'm gonna go out and do a major healthy grocery shop! I'm going to plan my meals, stop the unnecessary snacking, and start getting back on track!

My 148 right now is a lie, I know I'm back up above 150, probably 153-154ish... and I'm starting to see the bloating in my face and cheeks... eeeeeek.

To all of us who are falling, who have fallen, and who have picked ourselves back up... chime in! It's time for re-dedications!

I'm starting over! Back to 3FC!

Welcome back Jelbb! We've missed you.
I'm in the same boat as you, after I got home from spending 3 weeks in Jamaica, I went crazy. Fast food, no exercise, etc. This week has been my first week back on track since I arrived back in Canada on January 11th.... First FULL week I should say, and I feel wonderful. I myself have been avoiding 3FC, when really times like those is when we need it most.

oh, i've totally done that "icing" thing. and felt completely sick afterwards. In no way worth it...

Welcome back Jelbb... yes, stick around with us at 3FC!

I just adjusted my ticker UP 3.5 lbs. That was not fun. And my half-*** exercise and lack of calorie counting isn't convincing the scale to go back down either. I need some serious action! So.. whatever you're declaring... I'm in too!

Well welcome back! I've just got back on the wagon about 2 weeks ago after the **** fest I went through from the holidays that extended all the way to February.

luvja - I noticed I am more active since I am actually doing good and losing weight. When I am doing bad, I hide. But good job on getting back OP!

No worries dear, we've all done the yo-yo thing. I'm going through the same thing right now... I've been junking out a LOT lately. Bah. I feel my face bloating and well, my BODY bloating lately.

welcome back! im newish but ive already realized that when i am not doing so well i stay away from the site, and usually the thought of posting about a success keeps me from overeating. you have had so much success already so you already know you have the ability to get and stay on track!

Jelbb I totally missed you girlie!! I was doing so well and then I just dropped out with this infection i've had. Although I only have 3 more days of medication so I'm saying Monday that I will start back up with my working out and eating healthy again. Missed ya
