Hello to everyone else!
So, I'm a university student with 6 courses this semester... I'm in a long-distance relationship that spans the North Atlantic ocean (Canada to Ireland)... and I just fashioned a bowl of icing with some margarine and icing sugar and ate it all.
This has
GOT to stop.
I'm the maid of honour in my mother's wedding in April, and I'm a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding in June, and I obviously have this fear that my junking out lately is gonna prevent me from fitting into my dresses!
My stress levels have been factoring in majorly in my turning to junk food lately, and making horrible, "I don't have time to go to the gym--" excuses.
But no more!
I'm in my hometown this week, but I'm headed back to my home away from home (in my uni town) this weekend, and I'm gonna go out and do a major healthy grocery shop! I'm going to plan my meals, stop the unnecessary snacking, and start getting back on track!
My 148 right now is a lie, I know I'm back up above 150, probably 153-154ish... and I'm starting to see the bloating in my face and cheeks... eeeeeek.
To all of us who are falling, who have fallen, and who have picked ourselves back up... chime in! It's time for re-dedications!
I'm starting over! Back to 3FC!
