Hey there LapBandRockies -

Based on your screenname, I'm guessing you've had or are considering the Lap Band Weight Loss Surgery? We have a GREAT Weight Loss Surgery forum here, so you might want to check that out.

We also have groups by eating plan, amount to lose, and age range, as well as some fun challenges and miscellaneous groups.

So look around, find a spot, and settle in. Can't wait to get to know you better!

LAPBANDROCKIES ~ also sounds like you may live near the Rockies. Glad you joined us -- the people here are very supportive and there's lots of great info here as well ...
