What you can do is look at the nutritional info on the side of the can, and multiply the numbers for calories, fat, and fiber by the number of servings in the can. Then stick those values into your points calculator or use your slider to determine the number of points for the whole thing. I have never eaten only half the can when I have had those soups, so I never get the "0 point" benefit. Still though, a can of soup for 2 points is pretty good
