It's yoga night so a little of this and a little of that for me. I made a pot of mung bean dal and some homemade seitan. I'll have the dal before class and the seitan with stir fried veggies after. (spell check does not recognize ethnic and veggie foods!)
Company Dinner:
- hummus with veggies (crackers for my guest)
- Salsa Chicken - again but new to her
- brown rice and mushroom pilaf
- green veggie - depends on what's available
- broccoli and cauliflower salad
- SF ice cream with chopped oranges and some banana liqueur
I must admit there will be wine too!
Last night was chicken stroganoff with ww egg noodles (it was so nice to have a homecooked meal again) and tonight we're having black bean soup with rosemary sourdough bread.
Chili!!!
We had it last night for dinner, and have leftovers.
I accidently changed my chili recipe up and have loved it.
instead of tomato sauce/paste, i've been using rotel. delicious!
