This is kind of nerve racking putting my picture up on the internet but everyone elses pictures are so motivating to me I feel I need to share my accomplishments if only to encourage someone else.
I changed the way I was living my life on October 1st 2008. I weighed 254 pounds. The picture on the left is exactly one week after I started watching what I ate and walking. The other picture is from today weighing in at 203.5.
Congrats! You can really see the difference in the two photos. Keep up the good work, and thanks for posting your before/after pics. I hope to one day be able to do the same.

You look really, really good. Dare I say you're even standing a little straighter & prouder than you did? You have always had nice legs, and in that, you're lucky. (Either genetics, or you always kept up your walking to some degree.) Some of my weight went straight to my calves & I still can't persuade it to go away. Congratulations. Your hard work is very easy to see.
