What should i get from Wagamama to stay on the wagon?
I'm going to Wagamama next week, but I'd like to know what I'd be best getting. I know that there is the whole 'have a break from your diet', but I am eating out a lot next week, i want to ensure I make good choices.
Anyway, apart from the salads, what do you reckon I could have for under 1000kcals? Lower carb would be good too (I know noodles and rice do not equal low carb, but by lower i mean under 70-80grams preferably) I understand you do not know the portion sizes, but they are pretty large. Typical restaurant sizes.
I thought the chilli yasai men sounded good, what do you think? According to another website it has a medium sugar content. Although upon looking it up on other sites, the sauce alone has between 20-37g carbs.
