Well, all 3 are the same device, for starters. The technology is exactly the same. The difference, I think, is the price and the online software. I have the Gowear Fit, and that's the only one I'm actually familiar with. I decided on the Gowear Fit because it's the cheapest by far ($169 at Amazon with 3 free months of the online software). However, it doesn't really have food tracking software. It sort of does, but it's not really designed to be used as a daily food tracker. That's fine with me, because I use The Daily Plate, and I don't have any trouble just moving my numbers around between the two sites, but if you want your activity tracking and food tracking to be done by the same software, the Bodybugg and Sensewear are designed for that.
I think they tend to market the Gowear Fit more to amateur athletes curious about their burn rate, the Bodybugg more for pure weight loss, and the Sensewear as a medical device.
