Default Legal???

Hi there. I am new here, but not new to these boards. I have been lurking for quite some time now. I just finished P1 yesterday and am down 8.5 pounds. I did SouthBeach quite a few years ago and lost about 35 pounds. Needed to lose more, but summer came and I got lazy...not cooking as much.
Anyways, I went to a party a few weeks ago and they had this buffalo chicken layered dip and I have made it in a smaller scale and wondered if it was legal. In a small stone dip bowl, I put LF cream cheese on the bottom (less than 2tbs) less than 2 tbs of light ranch as the next layer. Boiled a chicken breast and shredded it, mixed with ff butter and hot sauce, layered over ranch and then topped with LF shredded cheese, bake for about 25 minutes @ 350 degrees. Kind of like a buffalo chicken bake. Is it legal or are we talking too much cheese at one sitting? Also, i don't eat it as a dip, just as a meal.
Thanks,
Tina

What's FF butter? Sounds a little rich to me for one person, but it looks like it's basically all SB approved ingredients. I would use the shredded cheese sparingly on top, since you're using the cream cheese.
