I am supposed to be counting my carbs and staying within the range my doctor told me (200/day).
I am a huge carb addict and it isn't so easy for me lol. So while I am trying to keep them well balanced through-out my day, I would like a meal where I can have alittle more so I can fit in something that I really like. It doesn't have to be everyday but those carbs add up quick lol.
Anyways my question is, does anyone know if it matters what meal I eat more carbs during? I was planning dinner but I started thinking that maybe lunch would be a better choice for having a heavier carb meal?
