I lost!
Earlier this week I started eating a little bit healthier without following any plan while waiting for my mom to go grocery shopping. When she did, I started l.a. weight loss on the red plan about two days ago. Today I weighed myself and I'm 218! My weight goes up and down between 223 and 221. So I think I lost 2 or 3 pounds. I'm so excited! My boyfriend is also trying to lose weight not really following any plan, and he's lost about 10 pounds so far. He started before me and exercises more, but I feel so competitive now!
