Talking Hi Everyone!...

Hello to all!

Well my name is Cecilia but you all can call me CeCe.
I came across this website by surfing the net an decided to give it a try. I've never done this before....By reading all the success stories an seeing everybody's weigh loss goals and achievements makes me feel very confident that I will achieve my goal through this blog. It's great to know that we are all in the same path and we all have the same goals.

Well this is my story I am 5'8 and weigh 200pds. A year ago I was weighing in at 165 pounds, but ever since hubby came back from his deployment overseas I've some how piled on the pounds. From going to family BBQ's to celebrating the holidays together after 2 years from being apart. I guess I just was too happy to have him home that it didn't matter what I was eating or what I was doing to stay in shape, I just stopped paying attention. I use to be very active I was so addicted to running that I would run 3 miles 4-5 times a week. I loved it!... Now all I do is come straight home and make dinner an watch TV. By the end of the day I have no ENERGY . I've noticed that the passion of being active is not there like before. I want to feel SEXY and FEEL GREAT about myself again.
But I am SO DETERMINED to get back to my goal weight of 165 pds.

I hope you all can help me with some started points...
I hope to hear from you soon
Thx, CeCe

CeCe --

You can do this! I would start off with a food journal. Helps to not only keep track, but also provide some much needed focus for keeping pig-out sessions at bay. I started to gain back a little weight this winter and have been running again for about a month. I feel great -- again! You know what you need to do -- just put yourself out there and do it!

Hey CeCe -

We have forums by eating plan (Calorie counting, Weight Watchers, South Beach, Etc), by age range (20-somethings, 30-somethings...you get the idea), and a whole ton of miscellaneous support groups and challenges. Look around you're sure to find a spot or several that'll be a perfect fit for you.

Stick around and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
