Default Kind of bummed!

Tonight was my last WW meeting. My pass has ended and since my DH and I have both been laid off since 2 days before X-mas I can not continue to go to actual meetings. So today I went in and weighed in and was 1lb short of my 10% goal! I was so hopping to hit my 10% before my membership ended. I did lose another 2.75lbs that I am very happy about but really wanted that extra 1lb! Even though I can not attend the meetings I have all the materials and still plan to follow WW at home. I also decided at $26 a year to join TOPS. Its more in my budget right now. So with those meetings and the WW plan I hope to continue losing!

Good for you! You haven't let a setback BE a setback. It's moments like the one you are at right now that make the difference. Congratulations on finding a solution to a hurdle that might otherwise derail your efforts.

I've been a TOPS member off and on for years. It can be a really motivating thing if you find a chapter that is serious about losing instead of socializing. My chapter was the later but I still enjoyed the ladies in it.

Thank you both so much! I have gone to 3 TOPS meetings so far. (was doing both WW and TOPS) We have 3 TOPS in my area, so I went to all 3 to see which would fit me best. I am excited to work the WW program but have a support group to chat with.
