Hi everyone! I wish I had known about this place last year. I started the fat smash diet last year and the forum was shut down. Without that support system in place I kind of lost my footage and fell off the diet and got depressed.

I started again this week and I'm in Phase I. Somehow it seems harder to start out again this year but I'm hoping this forum will provide that support I find I really need to continue!!

We have a Fat Smash forum here - have you seen it?

We also have groups by age range, amount to lose, etc, so look around...there are lots of spots to check out.

Can't wait to get to know you better!

Thanks to all those who welcomed me! This forum sure has a lot to offer. I am still exploring.

I do have a question. Is there a section for daily diet logs? For logging your meals, exercise, weight loss, thoughts, etc.?

Sorry no! I live in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. Its sometimes called the apple valley.
