How many fat grams should lunch meat be? I know it's suppose to be low fat or fat free but what is the low fat gram range. Thanks.

I've never seen anything about the number of fat grams for lunch meat. It should be turkey breast or chicken breast with no added sugar (like honey-roasted). Read the labels for added sugar. The FAQ in the SB stickies is a good source of information for approved meats. I know it lists boiled ham and lean pastrami (maybe turkey pastrami) also.

I think it also lists lean roast beef. I bought some made by Healthy Choice at the deli counter of my grocery store. This was a roast that was sliced by the deli person. They also had Healthy Choice turkey breast.
