I am on the last day of Phase I Week I and have lost 5 lbs. I did not expect to lose that much during the whole 2 weeks! It will be interesting to see how much I lose total in Phase I.
I think I lost 8# in Phase I, but I don't remember how much in just the first week. Everyone is so different, so you can't really expect to lose what others do.
WOW! That is motivational. What happens if you follow the plan exact for lets say four days and then one day you have a slice of bread or something. Do you think you would still lose or go off track and be right back where you started?
